What delivery service options does IKEA have?

IKEA offers parcel delivery, large delivery, IKEA pick-up point, and Click and collect. Large item delivery options include "doorstep delivery (within main area)" and "in-room delivery (within main area)." You can also collect your product at an IKEA pick-up point or an IKEA store.

Parcel delivery: Ideal for home decor and small items. You can specify a date and time within 3-7 days from the order date (depending on delivery area and traffic conditions). A "leave to door" option is also available.
Truck delivery: You can specify a date and time within 3-30 days from the order date (depending on delivery area and traffic conditions). Choose one of the following delivery options:
  • For compact large products (front-door hand-over only)
  • For large products such as beds and sofas
    • Hand-over at your front door (within the main area): Products will be delivered to the entrance of your specified delivery address. Even if your specified delivery address is in a condominium or other apartment building, we will deliver to the entrance of your apartment.
    • Delivery to your room (within the main area): Ideal for when you need help carrying products into a room. The delivery driver will carry the products into your specified room.
If you also apply for the assembly service, we recommend Delivery to room, as the assemblers will only assemble the products at the installation location.
IKEA pick-up point: Ideal for customer who live far from an IKEA store IKEA store, this service significantly reduces travel time and service fees compared to standard delivery. You can collect your order at a designated IKEA pick-up point on the date and time you specify when placing your order.
Click and collect: With Click and collect, you can collect product at the IKEA store of your choice. When collecting, please bring the email with your order number and identification with you to the pickup counter. If you are having someone else collect product order, please bring the email and identification of the person who will receive it. If the item is out of stock at your desired store, please set a stock notification on the product page and wait for the next shipment. We do not stock from other stores.
