What delivery service options does IKEA have?
IKEA offers parcel delivery, large delivery, IKEA pick-up point, and Click and collect. Large item delivery options include "doorstep delivery (within main area)" and "in-room delivery (within main area)." You can also collect your product at an IKEA pick-up point or an IKEA store.
Parcel delivery: Ideal for home decor and small items. You can specify a date and time within 3-7 days from the order date (depending on delivery area and traffic conditions). A "leave to door" option is also available.
Truck delivery: You can specify a date and time within 3-30 days from the order date (depending on delivery area and traffic conditions). Choose one of the following delivery methods:
Doorstep delivery (within main area): product will be delivery to the front door of your designated delivery address. If your designated delivery address is an apartment or multi-unit building, we will deliver it to your door.
In-room delivery (within main area): Ideal for those who need help bringing the product into their room. The delivery driver will carry the product into their designated room. If you also request assembly service, we recommend bringing the product to your room, as our assemblers will only assemble the product at installation location.
IKEA pick-up point: Ideal for customer who live far from an IKEA store IKEA store, this service significantly reduces travel time and service fees compared to standard delivery. You can collect your order at a designated IKEA pick-up point on the date and time you specify when placing your order.
Click and collect: With Click and collect, you can collect product at the IKEA store of your choice. When collecting, please bring the email with your order number and identification with you to the pickup counter. If you are having someone else collect product order, please bring the email and identification of the person who will receive it. If the item is out of stock at your desired store, please set a stock notification on the product page and wait for the next shipment. We do not stock from other stores.
