idea is great but....Heenai loved the idea that i do not need to drill holes in my tiles or woodwork so i ordered these. But it does not work very well. keeps falling off even if i hang a single hand towel

Falls off wallsAnjaliThis was a bit of disappointment, because I bought two sets, and only one of them actually ended staying stuck. The other three fell off (two of them were stuck on walls, so maybe that's why. But the third was on tile and it still fell off). The fourth one is still going strong, though. So maybe if you stick them on a particular sort of tile (my guess is bathroom tiles and not kitchen tiles, and definitely not on walls), it might work.
poor quality of suction cupSyed Shoebi put it on kitchen tile it fell down after sometime, than i shifted to bathroom tile but the result are same. remain stick to tile sometime or someday after that it again fell down.

Hook doesn't stickDikshaI have tried using this on multiple surfaces and yet the hook doesn't stick. Even when I haven't hung anything on it .
I have used the other variations in this collection, the one with containers , those stick fine but this one doesn't.

Quality of Tisken Hook suction cup need to be improvedRajeshIKEA products are nice , however I have come across a issue, the quality of suction cup material for the Tisken Hooks with suction cup is not good , after few months of usage the suction cup material degrades and develops cracks and looses its property to hold on to the surface.
IKEA to note that quality of Suction cup material needs to be improved , else we have to throw the Hook if suction cup wears off.
The quality should be such that we must be able to use for years so that by prolong use we can minimize / delay our carbon footprint
