Poor quality productAnoopI bought this product in Sept 2022. Recently (1.5 years later) the headrest broke from its neck and it chair now looks like "headless chicken". I think there are many folks with the same problem, you can search in Google and find the comment under reddit review.
This particular headrest joint is of poor quality. The product is not under warranty, neither the part is available for separately. All you can do is throw it out after 1.5 years.
The worst chair i have purchased from IKEA.Anonymous reviewerAfter having owned multiple chairs from IKEA such as the Renberget, Millberget, Markus & Jarfjallet this one turned out to be a total disappointment. The headrest keeps snapping off and it is extremely difficult to reinstall. The mesh type backrest can barely take anyload, i barely weigh 65kgs and it has already started to say after few months of usage. This in turn results in my spine touching the rear frame of the chair. This is a poorly designed product that IKEA needs to take off its catelogue immediately.

Ikea is no ready to accept it is a quality issue and trying to put the blame on me saying i broke it myself. Never expected such service from Ikea.
