Poor quality productAnoopI bought this product in Sept 2022. Recently (1.5 years later) the headrest broke from its neck and it chair now looks like "headless chicken". I think there are many folks with the same problem, you can search in Google and find the comment under reddit review. This particular headrest joint is of poor quality. The product is not under warranty, neither the part is available for separately. All you can do is throw it out after 1.5 years.1

The headrest keeps snapping off and it is extremely difficult to reinstall. The mesh type backrest can barely take anyload, i barely weigh 65kgs and it has already started to say after few months of usage. This in turn results in my spine touching the rear frame of the chair. This is a poorly designed product that IKEA needs to take off its catelogue immediately.1

Got this chair for my office. Been going strong for 2 years. Now husband has one as well. Comfortable, adjustable, doesn’t get hot with the mesh back, decent lumbar support.
