Extremely Disappointing Experience with IKEA – Poor Product Quality and Unfair Refund PolicyParthFrom the very first day of using this table, it was wobbling excessively. I spent a considerable amount of time trying to adjust it and fix the issue, but nothing worked. Ultimately, I had no choice but to return the product.
What makes this experience even more frustrating is IKEA’s refund policy. Instead of refunding my money to the original payment method, I was given an IKEA voucher that can only be used on IKEA’s website. This is completely unacceptable and extremely inconvenient for a customer who has already had a bad experience with the product.
This experience has seriously damaged my trust in IKEA. The poor product quality, the inconvenience of returning the item, and the restrictive voucher-only refund policy have left me extremely disappointed. IKEA needs to reconsider this approach and provide customers with a fair refund to their original payment method. This is a major drawback and a terrible way to treat customers.
