Adjustable feet make the table stand steady also on uneven floors.
Board-on-frame is a strong and lightweight material with a frame in wood, particleboard or fibreboard and a recycled paper filling. It requires less raw materials and is easy to transport, which reduces the environmental impact.
The tabletop has pre-drilled holes to make it easier to attach to the underframe.

Safety and compliance
This table has been developed and tested for home use and is not suitable for installation of a screen stand. Maximum evenly distributed weight is 50 kg. Do not place concentrated weight exceeding 15 kg on a small surface on the table.This desk has been tested for domestic use and meets the requirements for durability and stability set forth in the following standards: EN 12521 and EN 1730.

Don't buy if you are gonna use it as a desk to work on.PrashantI bought it and set up my PC on it, yes I distributed weight evenly. Within 15 days it started to bend from the centre.
Not Meant for anything, You can't even use this as a writing desk it Just bends for no reason even if you rest your hands on it!!!!TomcyI had bought this table 140cmx60cm, with 4 Adils and it started to bend in just a week. At first it wasn't noticable, but later I got worse so I had to return it. I think IKEA should just delist this table as it's very weak and shaky. And if you want to prevent it from bending, IKEA should provide an optional under support like a C bracket which can reduce the bend and provide more support to it. I didn't want to do this as it was my new table and I was very unsure about its longevity. I'm going to buy the Trotten desk which has underframe support and 10 years warranty. I really appreciate the support from the IKEA team.
Very FlimsyJasonI didn't want to spend a lot but I trust IKEA and all my other purchases have been good quality so I went for this. What a big mistake. Every time I start to write or type it wobbles. Screws are in correctly but It is not sturdy at all. Wish I had spent a bit more on something more sturdy. I certainly didn't expect it to be this flimsy. Do not recommend if you are looking for an office desk.
Good Product but need special tools to assemble.PratikQuality of product is good. But there is catch. Product is not easy assemble. After spending almost an hour to tighten the screw I had to arrange a carpenter for it. Quality of screw is not good. Also hole to install screw is too small. Overall I am not very happy with my experience as assembly process was very irritating. Also side of the table top was damaged from the side.

Poor packaging and poor customer serviceAnonymous reviewerI got the table top damaged on corners. The quality of the packaging was very poor. It does not even comparable to local furniture shops shipping material. Customer service took long time to figure out what to do with the product delivered and I am still waiting for refund after 15-20 days.
Difficult to assemble.RajeshScrews are too tight to enter with maximum manual effort. Since the plates where the legs are mounted are loose, the table is dangling. Very unprofessional work from IKEA

Material
What is constructed board?
We use constructed boards when manufacturing many of our pieces of furniture, such as tables and wardrobes. They are light yet still stable and strong. Each board has a frame made of chipboard, fibreboard or solid wood, while the inside is a honeycomb filling structure made of mostly recycled paper, which is extra durable thanks to its special construction. The board is then covered with a protective paint, foil or veneer depending on the style wanted.
