The product is great, and honestly, I’m very happy with my purchase. My biggest worry, however, wasn’t IKEA—it was the delivery.
I’ve recently shifted to Virar West, a great place for online delivery… especially if you enjoy receiving your products with a complimentary damage package. Almost every product I’ve ordered here has arrived damaged, so naturally, I was expecting the IKEA BYÅS to arrive looking like it had survived a war.
But IKEA surprised me! The product was delivered on time and in great condition. No dents, no scratches, no mysterious missing parts—just a perfectly delivered product.
So, five stars to IKEA for proving that online delivery to Virar West doesn’t have to be an extreme sport. 😄
Great product, great delivery, and thankfully, no need to call customer service and explain how my brand-new furniture somehow arrived with a history of trauma!5
Disappointed with IKEA product KarthikCardboard is used for drawers. How can it withstand atleast small objects?
Poor quality of wood is used. While installing itself my product got damaged. Polyester nails are used, which is the worst part. It has to be fixed with hammer. If anything goes wrong to that all, you can't reverse it. We did a mistake here, entire drawer got damaged. I am really really disappointed. Never go for wooden items in IKEA. Only the appearance is nice. 1

Elegant and nice finish. Bit glossy. I do not buy IKEA products for life long durability but for design and how they help efficiently utilize the space.5

It is pretty much straight forward but video did help me with possible pitfalls before hand. It took about 2hrs to finish the assembly. Quality is good. Even with silicone bumps provided, closing of drawers makes noise, not a deal breaker though.5

And more info about screw 103430 need to be provided. If someone made a assembly mistake and need to loosen the screw.4
