  • Business member needs to be linked to a single GST/PAN Number only.- In absence of GST/ PAN, IKEA at its sole discretion reserves the right to register customer as Business member
  • Offer valid only for IKEA Business Network members (B2B) with valid KYC.
  • Business customer (B2B) must necessarily signup with IKEA for IKEA Business Network membership.
  • IKEA Business Network membership number must be provided by Business member at the point of purchase.
  • Valid only for purchases at IKEA India Pvt Ltd at the store or online.•
  • Only purchases billed during the Qualifying Period which is from 1st May 2023 till 30th June 2023 would be considered valid for this campaign.
  • The reward in form of a gift card will be given to the Business member who have accumulated their total product purchases of equal or greater to INR 50,000/- (Fifty Thousand) excluding taxes during the Qualifying Period.
  • Qualifying Period: 1st May 2023 till 30th June 2023.
  • Gift Card Redemption Period: 15th July 2023 till 31st August 2023.
  • The Gift card/s shall be allowed to be redeemed only during the redemption period. Post expiry of Gift Card Redemption Period, the gift card/s shall cease to have its validity.
  • All qualified IKEA Business Network members will be notified on their respective, registered email IDs by 10th June 2023 (subject to customer having given consent to send the emailer while registering forIKEA Business Network loyalty program.).
  •  IKEA Gift Card to be collected from Customer Relation Counter at Hyderabad/ Navi Mumbai/ Bangalore store by submitting ID proof and Qualifier Email.
  • Gift Cards issued and/or the Qualifier Email will become redundant and void, and shall cease to have effect post expiry of Gift Card Redemption Period i.e., from 1st September 2023.
  • Rewards can be issued in form of one or multiple Gift Cards at the sole discretion of IKEA.
  • No replacement shall be given for the Gift Card and IKEA ceases its obligation once the Gift Cardis issued to the customer.
  • No disputes are allowed in this matter as this is the campaign of IKEA India which is done out of its own volition and in good faith.
  •  In case of any matter requiring jurisdiction, Bangalore shall be considered to be the place of jurisdiction.
  • Gift Card is not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost, stolen or misappropriated Gift Cards are not the responsibility of IKEA.
  •  Participation in the program is optional for Customer.
  • No two offers, discounts, in store campaigns can be clubbed.
  • “Change of Mind” Policy will not be applicable for bulk orders above 25 quantities of any specific article.
