IKEA Kitchen Guarantee changed to warranty.

IKEA now provide only Warranty on the Kitchen that we sell. 25 Years warranty on METHOD kitchen system, 10 Years warranty on ENHET kitchen system & up to 5 Years warranty on IKEA appliances.

IKEA Kitchen guarantee is now changed to warranty at India level.

How do we handle warranty: 

We follow the same guidelines for warranty. In case there is a leakage from the existing worktop which is not purchased by IKEA or Installed by IKEA then we don't have warranty support. What is IKEA kitchen cleaning guide?

What products covered under this warranty, from when & what is the warranty period?

Warranty will be covered for 

  • IKEA kitchen Cabinets
  • Appliances
  • Worktops,
  • Frames
  • Drawer fronts and
  • Sinks

As our life at home puts high demands on a kitchen, we tested our kitchens thoroughly to ensure that they can get exposed to heavy weights, high temperatures

We offer the below warranty that covers defects in the material and workmanship:

For METOD - 25 year warranty; For ENHET-10 year warranty; and IKEA appliances have up to 5-year warranty*.
*For appliances named TILLREDA, LAGAN, ANRÄTTA, MATÄLSKARE, RYTMISK, UTDRAG, GRUNDAD, a warranty is valid for two years from the date of purchase.

Note: 

1. You can buy and install the kitchen by yourself or with a third-party installer, you dont have to buy installation service from IKEA for the warranty to be valid.
2. All replacement of appliances is subject to product availability or refund.

  • The product is accepted as returns and replacement is possible subject to the availability of stock or refund and cannot be repaired.
  • There cannot be any returns, repairs, replacement, or refund post the said date.
