Can I order an IKEA Family card? How do I use it?
As part of our commitment to sustainability, we’re no longer issuing plastic membership cards. But don’t worry – we’ve made it easy for you to use your membership while shopping!
Our co-workers can easily look up your membership using your contact number or email address at the checkouts (just make sure your details are up to date in your IKEA Family account). Alternatively, you can store a digital version of your IKEA Family card in our IKEA app, available for free on Google Play or the App Store. This makes your shopping experience quicker and more convenient.

Note: If you’ve misplaced your card, there’s no need for a replacement – simply use the digital version in your IKEA account via the IKEA app.
