Can you help with any alternative delivery partners who can send the packages to my location?
For eligible locations, we deliver through Gati, Ntex, Instakart, and Blue Dart. For locations outside our delivery network, you can choose Movemate or a logistics provider of your choice.
We work with delivery partners who can deliver your order to eligible locations/pincodes. To check if your pincode is serviceable for home delivery, please go to your shopping cart (on the IKEA website or IKEA app), select the 'Home Delivery' option, and enter your location/area postal code.
If your location is outside of our delivery network, Movemate delivery team (a third-party) is available at IKEA stores to assist you with home delivery arrangements. You may also choose a logistics provider of your choice. Please note that any arrangements made with any third-party logistics provider will be at your own discretion and responsibility.
