Can I contact to IKEA stores directly?

While you can’t call our store co‑workers directly, our Customer Support Centre is here to help with anything you need.

Whenever you reach out to IKEA India, you’ll be supported by our friendly coworkers at the Customer Support Center. However, direct calls to our store co‑workers aren’t available.
Our CSC (also RCMP - Remote Customer Meeting Point) serves as IKEA customer care & remote support center:
  • Customer Care & Support: RCMP handles all customer contacts and works closely with all the stores to help resolve queries and concerns.
  • Sales & Order Assistance: We can help you choose your favorite IKEA products and support you through every step of your order.

Want to visit a store? If it's easier to you and you prefer to speak with us in person, feel free to stop by your IKEA store, and visit the Customer Service team (at the Exchange and Return areas) located near the rear entrance at the store for any support.
  • In case of exchange, you may take along with you your IKEA product and its proof of purchase.
  • In case of return, to make your returns easier, fill the Express Return Form before visiting your IKEA store. Remember to bring your receipt or proof of purchase, and if you paid by card, please bring the same card used for the transaction. However, refunds for all opened and assembled articles will be issued in the form of an IKEA Digital Refund Card (DRC).
