Can I contact to IKEA stores directly?
We apologize for any inconvenience. While you can’t call our store co‑workers directly, our Customer Support Centre is here to help with anything you need.
Whenever you reach out to IKEA India, you’ll be supported by our friendly coworkers at the Customer Support Center. However, direct calls to our store co‑workers aren’t available.
Our CSC (also RCMP - Remote Customer Meeting Point) serves as IKEA customer care & remote support center:
- Customer Care & Support: RCMP handles all customer contacts and works closely with all the stores to help resolve queries and concerns. Reach out to us now.
Managing your orders: You can also manage common issues for your orders directly through the Self-service Options – Easily track, update, or resolve your order requests anytime and anywhere.
Available 24/7 service: Our chatbot is available for quick answers all time. Start chatting? Look out for yellow icon on the webpage at the right-hand side bottom. - Sales & Order Assistance: At your convenience – make a call, chat with us or write an email. We can help you choose your favorite IKEA products and support you through every step of your order.
- Interior Design & Kitchen Planning: Our expert team helps you bring your ideas to life, creating spaces that are smart, beautiful, and uniquely yours; and design your home that fits your style and needs.
If it's easier to you and you prefer to speak with us in person, feel free to stop by your nearest IKEA store, and visit the Customer Service team (at the Exchange and Return areas) located near the rear entrance at the store for any support. In case of exchange/return, you may take along with you your IKEA product and its proof of purchase.
