Click and collect directions
By car:
- Our pickup point is situated in the Red Car Park (postcode BN1 2RU) via Regency Road, which can only be accessed when driving northbound on West Street.
- Once in the car park, follow the red-painted instructions on the pillars (the what3words location is final.dark.fried) and head to level P2, where you will find the pickup point.
- You have 40 minutes free parking when collecting an order.
By foot:
You can either enter via the Churchill Shopping Centre or through the Red Car Park via Russell Road, just off West Street.
- Through the Shopping Centre: follow the yellow lines on the ground towards the main IKEA store entrance and turn right. Take the lift to Level 2 in the Red Car Park and follow the red and white striped footpath towards the Click and collect kiosk.
- Through the Red Car Park: head to the lifts and take the lift to Level 2, then follow the red and white striped footpath to the Click and collect kiosk.
