Bottom is plasticAnonymous reviewerI bought this to hold pens and pencils on my desk, not knowing that the bottom is a plastic insert with holes in it. I guess that is desirable for a toothbrush holder as you can remove the bottom for cleaning. Just be aware of this detail when you purchase.

Fell apartAnonymous reviewerThis is the second toothbrush holder I have bought as I was so pleased with the first one. However, the second one I bought fell apart with two days of having it, as in the pastic leg fell off so the integrity of the holder was compromised. The base now falls out.

Good drainageAnonymous reviewerI bought this toothbrush holder specifically because it had drainage holes in the bottom. My last Ikea one was made of porcelain and would retain water from the toothbrushes in the bottom, which was really unhygenic. Prefer this one.
