Clean & BrightAnonymous reviewerI brought the Voxtorp cupboard doors & drawer fronts to replace the Veddinge ones the previous owners of my house had installed but which did not always close properly. I'm much happier with the Voxtorp ones especially the soft close function. I managed to fit most of them myself but needed some help with a couple as not all of the ones I was replacing had the correct fittings. Thank you to the IKEA Kitchen & Customer Services teams in Milton Keynes who answered my questions; showed me how to remove my old doors and gave me the correct codes for the doors I needed to order to replace the large cupboard doors & for the hinges needed to join the doors of a corner unit. I also needed to order a couple of other small spare parts via the IKEA website.5

We measured and ordered everything we needed from Ikea and decided to fit it ourselves. It took us a while to put all the pieces together for each cabinet and then to get our head around the instructions, after that they went together easily. Very satisfied with every aspect. Fast and respectful delivery, excellent quality items, no missing pieces and became easier to construct as we went along. I now have a beautiful new kitchen.5

Material

What are foil and laminate?

Some wood materials need protection with a durable and easy-care foil or laminate surface. The choice depends on the end use and desired finish. We often use paper foil for storage furniture, while plastic foil suits demanding areas like kitchens and bathrooms. Today, the plastic we use is mostly recycled and our goal is to use plastic from renewable sources. Laminate is made of resin-impregnated paper, which adds a durable and moisture-resistant surface for countertops.
