Product details

A dreamy combination of comfort and support with comfort zones and pocket springs that help you sleep soundly.

5 comfort zones right where you need them support hips and shoulders, creating a natural spine alignment.

Pocket springs respond independently without transferring motion and follow your movements to support your spine and joints.

Edge-to-edge pocket springs allow air to circulate for better breathability and there is no loss of comfort if 2 mattresses are placed next to each other.

A thick layer of foam on top adds softness.

The soft quilted stretch fabric follows your body movements and has added wadding for more cushioning.

You can sit or sleep close to the edge without sliding off since the mattress has reinforced edges.

The complete mattress is covered by a 10 year guarantee. You can read about the terms in the guarantee brochure.

The mattress is roll-packed so it’s easier to bring home

Add a pillow that suits your sleeping position and a mattress protector to keep the mattress clean.

Reviews

HorrendousAnonymous reviewerBought this for the spare room. We’ve tried it last night and it was the worst night ever. Hard as rock, you feel unbalanced and constantly rolling off the edge or into the person sleeping next to you. There also seems to be a dip and the head end, needing additional pillows just to feel that your head and neck are aligned. Both of our backs are in agony today so the mattress is definitely going back. It was comfi enough when tried in store but certainly not when unrolled at home 1
Lingering smell on mattressAnonymous reviewerBought the mattress 2 months ago. It has been aired correctly a horrible chemically smell. Bought the same mattress 2 years ago and did not have this issue.1
As expectedAnonymous reviewerThis was the second one i have bought for our house . It couldn’t be any better.5
Comfy but too smallAnonymous reviewerso comfy but about 5-10cm too small all around!!!3
Great mattress for a very good priceAnonymous reviewerBought this for the guest room and so far no complaints from the grandkids.5
Best mattressAnonymous reviewerSuper comfy mattress5
Excellent for this price point Anonymous reviewerWas a little reticent about comfort at this price point but have been delighted. Reformed its shape after a couple of hours and gave a perfect level of comfort. Chose the firm and very pleased 5
Way too soft, smaller than stated sizeAnonymous reviewerOrdered the medium firm, it is so soft that you sink into it and it sinks in the middle. It also appears to be around 5cm narrower than the stated standard double size of 135cm. Will try to return.1
Only lasted 2 yearsAnonymous reviewerOnly ok for 2 years, inside started falling apart, very uncomfortable after 2 years. Mattress too soft for a medium firm. 1
Way too firmAnonymous reviewerWe've always bought IKEA mattresses but this has been torture, both my wife and I have had back pain for months and stuck with it with the hope it might get better, plus the fact that we were out of the 90 days return and wanted to get our money's worth 😂, seriously think about it before buying a firm mattress, this one is solid3
Shrinkflation !!Anonymous reviewerDisappointed that it's smaller than the Hovag it was bought to replace - so beware this is Ikeas definition of a double mattress.2
Comfort zones too softAnonymous reviewerWe’re having real trouble with back pain with this mattress, the comfort zones mean that it is soft in parts, which creates odd stresses in your back. The comfort zones also mean that it’s very uncomfortable to sit on the bed to read2
QualityAnonymous reviewerUnfortunately the quality has not met expectations. After a period of regular use, the mattress has noticeably sagged in the centre. This has resulted in poor support during sleep and discomfort1
Great nights sleepAnonymous reviewerSo it turns out I’d been buying the wrong type of mattress. I’ve always bought firm. I needed medium. The support on this is amazing. Thank you to Andrew at Sheffield for his advice.5
Valevag MattressAnonymous reviewerExcellent5
Not good qualityAnonymous reviewerPocket sprung mattress not good and i need replacment with good quality1
Wonderfully softAnonymous reviewerAlthough very soft, still offers great support.5
Not firm at allAnonymous reviewerPretty sure they sent me the softest mattress they have when I ordered a firm one. The one I sat and laid in inside ikea was very firm. The one I have is far too soft. Im really disappointed with it.1
So comfortable.Anonymous reviewerAfter years of sleepless nights I now get the rest I need5
Not the correct measurements!! Anonymous reviewerBought this mattress and the mattress is narrower than the measurements given so now there is a ridiculous gap between my bed frame and the mattress! 1

Function solution

The mattress works while you sleep

The comfort zones of our mattresses are simply zones that support your body in different ways to keep your spine aligned and create a good a sleeping position. Slightly softer springs around the hip and shoulder, so they can sink softly into the mattress. And slightly firmer springs where, on the contrary, support is needed – such as for the legs and ankles. The overall effect is that your body does not have to work to find a comfortable position. Just relax and sleep well.

Form design process

One thing you can count on – our mattresses

We’ve rolled around on our mattresses, spilled coffee on them and even lived with them much like many do at home. Not us literally, but our test lab machines. That’s why we know that you can do yoga, work or play with your children on the bed without worrying about the mattress. Your sleep is our priority, along with health and the environment – so we make sure to eliminate all harmful chemicals. A lot can feel uncertain, but you can count on one thing – our mattresses.
