I’m having the worst sleep and waking up with aches and pains every morning. I’m actually wondering if there’s something wrong with the mattress because it feels so soft.

The worst mattress and worst customer serviceAnonymous reviewerI ordered this mattress as super king cause I had single one which was fine no issues. then this one cause me so much back pain and tried to speak to the customer service the web was down all time for chat service. 2 hours wait after I get to one of those so Called customer service agent told me can't replace it or return it and to keep using or donate it. Last order I will ever make with Ikea shame used to be better

Soft and extremely comfortableAnonymous reviewerWe have been looking for something a lot softer than our old mattress and having trawled through multiple shops this Valevag medium-firm one is the softest one we tried at a surprisingly low price.
I was a bit sceptical about a rolled-up spring mattress, but it made it easy to get in a small car and it sprung right out when unwrapped and was ready to sleep on that evening.
Overall we're extremely happy with it, I'm a side sleeper and its lovely and soft and my shoulders and hips sink in nicely and supports me really well.

Not firm - leaving you with a back painAnonymous reviewerThis mattress is not firm and doesn't allow me to properly rest at night as my back in unsupported. I haven't used it for long, but since the first night I wake up with serious lower back pain.
I've had a medium firm Hövåg mattress for the past 5 years which was very good. The product was discontinued, so I chose the Valevåg as I understood it is the equivalent of the Hövåg. Very far from the truth - while a medium firm Hövåg offered support, the Valevåg is soft and you sink in it.
Very disappointed. I will need to return the product.
Very comfyAnonymous reviewerA great mattress that is very comfy. Be sure to follow the instructions and give it the correct time to rest as this really does make a difference. My daughter was away for 10 days so it was left to rest all that time and was perfect when she returned.
Horrid and not firmAnonymous reviewerAwful mattress. The firm is not firm at all and sinks in a lot, haven’t had a decent nights sleep since I bought it. Despite buying the double, it also doesn’t fit on my ikea bed frame from 2010s. Will be returning shortly.
Cheap & cheerful.Anonymous reviewerGreat cheap firm mattress but within a couple of weeks it bows/sags in the middle or where you regularly lie. Probably fine for a guest bed but overall disappointing and expected a bit better from Ikea.
