I did notice that it was necessary to follow the assembly instructions very carefully to ensure that everything came together correctly, but arrived at the right result in the end! Of course having the right tools is essential, it's not possible to complete the job without them, so the prospective purchaser might have a little more to pay for this if, as for myself, all the things from the previous house are still in storage elsewhere.5
