Disappointing Delivery and Defective ProductAnonymous reviewerThe item was initially missed in the delivery, and despite calling the hotline and being promised a redelivery, I waited a week without any updates. After calling again, I discovered that the redelivery had not been arranged.
It took an additional five days and another call to finally receive the item, only to find a defect in the rack preventing me from assembling it properly. Ultimately, I had to personally return the item to the store, incurring an additional £40 expense for the delivery issues.
Waste of money Anonymous reviewerDoesn't stay where it's meant to, always falling down, takes up far too much room when it's meant to be a space saver. You can't put anything on it without it falling over.

Not built for shorter lenghts, should have made that clear in descriptionAnonymous reviewerThe shelf is not meant for any cases where the height between the countertop and shelf is shorter than what is shown in the pictures. It cannot hold anything because there is no space to keep anything and the suction does not hold either. Plus it is hard to assemble and very poorly made.
Great additional storageAnonymous reviewerGreat additional storage for my small kitchen. Paired up with a couple of shelves it has given me so much more counter top space other than using a big bulky draining board.
