Product details
You can easily change the size of this 3-in-1 table to seat 4, 6 or 8 persons using the included self-storing leaves. If you add a seat to each short side you can even fit up to 10 persons.
The 2 self-storing leaves are easy to insert to extend the table and just as easy to remove and tuck away under the table top when your guests have gone home.
The dark brown table top has a hardwood veneer top layer that is both stained and lacquered for durability and to allow the natural wooden texture to shine through.
This table matches well with BERGMUND chair and GRÖNSTA and MÅRENÄS chairs with armrests for different style expressions.
The table legs and underframe are made of sturdy, durable powder-coated steel.

Incredible table!Anonymous reviewerThis table is indispensable for hosting at bday parties or christmas. Its legs and mechanism are made of brown metal (it's very heavy and sturdy) posing as wood - but only the top is wooden. We've had it for a year and we love it. The only "downside" I can think of is it extends so much (I think to 260 cm) that no tablecloth will fit it - you will need two!

Perfect fitAnonymous reviewerI ordered the table because it extends on a daily basis we only need four places but Easter /Christmas and birthdays we need more this table extends to fit 4/6/8 but I have fitted 10 . It looks great and gives simple clean lines to the room making the space appear larger. I ordered the Vngvar chairs and they fit beautifully.

Weird marks, hard to assemble, offgasses Anonymous reviewerLove the size and style of this table, but it was REALLY difficult to put together. We are expert assemblers, but contrary to the instructions directing you to slide some pieces together, my wife & I used all of our strength to try to bash the pieces into place. Screw holes don’t line up, and one set of legs are leaning inwards which we can’t fix. Annoyingly, the veneer top has dark patches where the clips are glued underneath. We hoped the marks would fade but have not, months later. Worst of all, whatever was off gassing from the table has damaged our polycarbonate chairs when they were not even in direct contact, leaving a cloudy line of solvent damage on the clear chairs right at the height of the table. Would not recommend.

It’s light in colour yet feels sturdy and is versatile to fit up to 10 people. We purchased 8 Bergmund chairs with the table in a light grey fabric. Stunning. Great price and really fast delivery.

Cracked after 16 monthsAnonymous reviewerPositives - really useful feature to be able to extend for family gatherings and party's such as Christmas and birthdays. Really like the fact it can reduced in size for when we don't need a 10 person table.
Negative - durability. Despite having a table cloth and using place mats the table is showing cracks after 16 months since purchase. Ikea have stated the table has a 12 month guarantee and are unable to support which is frustrating. Overall I wouldn't buy again.

Easy ish to assemble. Everything fitted well. Looks fine although time will tell if it scratches too much. Worth the money.
