New version worse than a year agoAnonymous reviewerSadly yet another product that was great avyear ago and now much worse quality. Just 10 months ago bought the first rug, it was thick, dense and fluffy, like walking on a cloud. Now repurchased to extend previous rug but it's like I bought a different type - a cheap knock off version, flatter and half as dense. Very disappointed - same happened with my sofa, something that was excellent has been replaced with significantly inferior quality. Do not buy this based on previous reviews!!

When first purchased, it looked perfectly fine, but after only a couple of months of normal use, it has become noticeably flat and the edges have started to warp. It is no longer properly rectangular and has developed uneven, wavy edges.
The overall appearance and condition have deteriorated significantly, to the point where it now looks much older than it actually is. After just a few months, I would expect considerably better durability and shape retention from an IKEA rug.
Overall, a disappointing product and a significant step down from the previous version.

EXCELLENT RUGSAnonymous reviewerI brought 4 of these rugs about 3 years ago. For me they have been extremely hardy rugs. They vacuum well and can withstand multiple shampooing with a rug doctor and a Vax. I would definetly consider buying them again and hopefully they would be of the same quality

It’s just SUCH a shame that it smells SO bad - my whole house smells of something close to cat urine. Maxing out the air purifier I also bought from IKEA but nothing seems to be helping!
