Good to know

We recommend a TV bench to be a bit wider than the TV placed on it. This TV bench suits a TV up to 70 inches. You can choose a larger TV if it's not heavier than the specified max load for the bench's top.

The top panel of the TV bench is intended for a TV with a maximum weight of 40 kg.

Care

Wipe clean with a cloth dampened in a mild cleaner.

Wipe dry with a clean cloth.

The sliding doors slide more easily, without sticking, if you regularly apply a thin layer of paraffin wax or rub an unscented white candle/tealight against the surfaces of the sliding grooves.

Safety and compliance

Must be anchored to the wall. Different wall materials require different types of fixing devices. Use fixing devices suitable for the walls in your home, sold separately.

Obviously designed by someone who doesn't have a TV Anonymous reviewerHappy with the unit, the only issue is, there's holes to get the cables into the unit, but how do you get them out???? This means all the HDMI etc that needs to go to the TV have to come back out the base of the unit and up the back to the TV which massively shortens the cable. Would have been better to have a hole in the back towards the top to enable routing to TV. 4

Not top qualityAnonymous reviewerThe Stockholm range is supposedly IKEA’s better quality line. After waiting weeks for this to come back in stock I drove over and picked it up. Assembled it but there was a chip in the front I didn’t notice until I moved it into place. IKEA were great at sending out a new one but I had to flat pack the old one back down into boxes. Delivery guy said it will just be binned anyway which is such a waste it just needed one new part. There’s a slight blemish on the new one but it’s not too bad. Doors don’t slide all that easily but the unit itself looks great and is very sturdy. Love the cable management options it hides all the cables for my ps5, switch and tv out of sight!3
