Bluetooth SpeakerAnonymous reviewerLooks good, sounds good5
Really exceptional sound in a stylish package!Anonymous reviewerSound quality is so important to mention here! I thought the stereo function was pretty good with 3 sound presets which are helpful in getting the sound that you like. So a plus is they look descent and have a stand or hanging facility so they can be put in a place to make the most of the stereo sound!5
Excellent for the priceAnonymous reviewerMany pro's, good sound, good treble and mid range, bass is a little weak. The equaliser only has 3 settings which is a little limiting too. One very good aspect is it can be turned up quite loud, some speakers on the market are still 'personal' but this can broadcast to a whole room and fill the room with sound. Another slight annoyance is that the wall mounting 'plug' cannot be bought separately, so you can only hang it on one wall. I would like to have an option to move it to different rooms. However.....5
Pretty great for the priceAnonymous reviewer+ sound is pretty good for the price
+ stereo pairing and multiroom do indeed work
+ pretty good feature set for the price
+ wall mount, table stand, decent power cord and an optical line-in cable all included
- speaker does not auto-detect the line-in (aux or optical) and switch on when it receives a signal
- in a stereo or multiroom setup, each speaker has to be turned on individually
- button-pressing sequences to connect to multiroom or change input can be fiddly, especially if wall-mounted.4
Superb!Anonymous reviewerGreat speaker at a great price.5
A superb sounding, beautiful looking powerhouseAnonymous reviewerThis IKEA speaker is a stunning blend of high-end aesthetics and impressive audio performance. Visually, it rivals the decor-focused design of Bang & Olufsen’s Beosound, yet it costs a mere £50—a fraction of the Beosound’s £3,000+ price tag.
While it isn't "audiophile" grade, the quality for the price is mind-blowing. It significantly outperforms the Echo 4, offering punchy bass, clear mids/treble, and crystalline vocals. The volume and clarity are exceptional.
Key Features & Setup:
Stereo Pairing: I’ve paired two units for a brilliant stereo setup.
Smart Integration: By attaching an old Echo Dot, I’ve gained all the "smarts" of an Echo 4 stereo system.
Expandability: You can create a massive multi-room system using these and other IKEA Bluetooth speakers.
Value: Two of these cost less than a single Echo Dot Max.
I cannot recommend this speaker enough; my only complaint is that it isn’t currently stocked in all IKEA stores.5
Really great soundAnonymous reviewerBox says Made for iPhone but as far as I have found it just connects via Bluetooth.
I’ve not used Bluetooth in a while but it seems to work flawlessly.
The sound is more like a £100 speaker and can go very loud. It’s cool that it has a stand of can just be wall mounted with the fixing included,
It also says Spotify connect and comes with an optical cable which is pretty cool.
I’m pretty down for nice devices that don’t clog up my wifi at home and try and force AI on me. 5
