      Stopped working after 2 years dodgy wiringAnonymous reviewerBought in 2024 and stopped working Iin 2026. Took it to customer services and they refused to diagnose it as too old. After testing fully at home the fault was found to be hidden wiring that came loose that is impossible to fix. The website says faults get a refund but they refused a refund or testing. Not impressed1
      Quite fiddly to fixAnonymous reviewerThought it was too expensive when in the lighting section but found one in bargain section at 40% off. Fitted over bed in bedroom so light is quite diffused. Fitting is quite heavy and is supported by a hook (not supplied) that screws into the ceiling. Quite fiddly to get the cord the correct length and light fitting hung on the hook whilst minimising the gap to the ceiling above the plastic cover. Once secured, adding the plastic blades is easy 4

      We love this lamp. I was worried about adjusting the cord length when I installed it but they figured that part out. Great design! It was easy to hang and assembly was a breeze. Could not be happier.
