Lovely chairTom RichBeautiful chair. The colour is amazing. Comfy. Very stylish. Only downside is I whish the cushion was a but thicker so that I could sit on it longer. After a few hours get numb. ( Use it for gaming and partner uses it for make up) one of the easiest IKEA furniture to put together. Not that IKEA furniture is hard to.5
Used to be great but the quality has been reducedMichael JohnstonI've got 4 of these chairs - 3 were bought over a year ago. While the older ones are great the newer one is sadly far inferior quality. The foam padding has gone all flat (making it nowhere near as comfortable) and they removed the nice tilting mechanism. Furthermore when it's at the highest setting it wobbles and feels unstable. Already after 3 months the new one is in a worse state that the 3 that have been in daily use for several years! Such a pity Ikea have ruined a great product.2
sadly- specification has changed...for the worseBillie JeansI bought the same model in 2005, it had an adjustable back. This one does not! Why have you changed the specification? Wheels are also poorer quality than the 2005 model! I want to exchange but I cannot now due to Corona.2

Broke after only a few months.Neil EvansBought this for my home office a couple of months ago and all was fine until last night when there was a sudden crack from within the chair, the base of the chair has totally broken the two side pieces are now not attached to the air-adjust central plate, the chair is garbage - it's been used in a daily use home office, it's not been abused, it's pretty much only me that's ever used it and I'm not a hugely heavy person, simply unacceptable - can't find receipt but would like IKEA to contact me about this as I believe I still have consumer rights, this chair is simply not fit for purpose1
