Sadly does not fill me with confidence. Ikea needs to improve the quality of this box. Since then I have heard from someone else who had the same experience.1

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 This box really contained my excitement. Let me tell you — the SAMLA 55L box is box-office gold. It stored all my hopes, dreams, and winter jumpers with room to spare. I didn’t know I needed this kind of plastic perfection until it boxed its way into my life. Sturdy? You bet. This thing could hold a small elephant’s wardrobe and still have space for regrets. It’s so strong, I’m convinced it’s made from the same stuff they build Swedish battle tanks out of (if those exist). See-through enough to find my Christmas decorations, but opaque enough to hide the shame of my tangled fairy lights. And yes, I got the lid — because what’s a box without closure? I get that it's a security feature to stop labels getting swapped around, but for the love of God either supply some sticky-stuff remover, or consider moulding the barcode directly into the body of the box. The glue is ridiculously strong.5
