Almost greatAnonymous reviewerI'm happy I bought it, but if I hadn't taken it outside I'd return it and look for one that's 1. More sturdy and 2. Taller/longer handle.
Sturdiness: it has a few satisfying clicks, but will unlock at the right angle. Maybe it's a learning curve, but when trying to hook the bungee cord, I'd lift it slightly, but you can't lift it by the bed cause that's how you close it.
Not a complete pain, but minor inconvenience at times. Once it's loaded it's fine. I managed to bring 2 laundry loads, one in a normal basket, and the rest in the recommended laundry bag (a great suggestion btw)
Now, the main dislike of this product is the height.
I'm 5'7" and the handle is not long enough to comfortably use it. I'd pay more to have an adjustable handle. But currently I'm slightly leaned over to cater for the shortness.
I would have returned this if I had not already used it outside... but I'll make use of it for now.
But I can't imagine using it for more than the 2 minute walk...

Trolley sold without cable, useless :(Anonymous reviewerPurchased a similar FRAKTA trolley in IKEA blue and yellow back in 2022. Item was sold without the cable and unfort the cashier didn't advise otherwise either. Bought the item, as I have a medical condition and cannot carry/ move items but the trolley being sold without the cable renders it absolutely useless!
Complete waste of money and very disappointed, IKEA :(

MixedAnonymous reviewerThis is a light trolley, ( I struggle with heavy) which folds excellently flat for storage and has a deeper rest for loads than most trolleys of this kind, which is truly useful. If one leaves loads on it however, it tends to fall over.

Would have been useful to have extra elastic - I've found it impossible to use it as depicted with the bands used vertically as it pulls the base up. Longer elastic would be better

I wish the trolley to be a bit higher. It seems to be designed for only short people.
Also, it is very wobbly. I wish to have another elastic cord.

Not sturdy at allAnonymous reviewerThe product is not strudy as it looks. Everytime I put a package on the trolley both the wheels bend on either side. Also, it tends to fall down while dragging in forward direction.
The older version (blue color one) was much better overall.
