    Vacuum, shake and rotate the rug regularly.

    Dry spots; remove immediately by scraping carefully towards the middle of the spot.

    Wet spots; do not rub. Absorb with paper towels, damp with cloth and mild detergent.

    Professional carpet cleaning when needed.

    Always use the standard floorhead, never the rotating brush, when vaccum cleaning the rug.

Nice rug, decent price. But packaging means persistent creasesAnonymous reviewerThe rug is a straightforward coarse weave, with no pile. The stripes are colourful against the tan fabric. All fine. Huge issue, though, is how this is packaged and sold. It's folded up into a long strip, then folded again into a square, and presumably pressed flat, all in a manner that leaves a middle section of the rug significantly stretched. So much so that even after a week or more, the bulges in this middle section persist. The other areas of the rug are not relaxing, and the stretched section isn't shrinking. It looks a mess. It would be better if the folding was done as zig-zags, one way, then zig-zags the other, and not folded over and over, since that would lead to a more even distribution of the stretch.3
