Great little chairAnonymous reviewerSimple but comfortable. A long time favorite.5
Easy to build, very comfortableAnonymous reviewerNot only very easy to build and looks great but so, so comfortable. I have three lovely new sofas in my house but this is the chair I want to sit on. The cushion is great quality and I was pleased to discover are sold separately if I want to update it at some stage. Really pleased5
ChairAnonymous reviewerWell constructed, nice spring in frame. Colour looks good.5
Extremely comfortable Anonymous reviewerWe bought two Poang chairs and footstools after sitting in one in our local IKEA store and being blown away by how comfortable it was. Bought along with a 3 seater sofa bed (from somewhere else) to replace our electric recliner sofa that really isn't comfortable any more. I've had a chance to try mine out but my husband hasn't had a chance to try his due to it being commandeered by our cat who loves it and gives it the seal of approval! 5
Stylish and affordableAnonymous reviewerThe armchair looks great and fits perfectly in our space. However needs time and a lot of patience, I was brought to tears trying to put it together so not sure I would buy flat pack furniture again! A better set of instructions and less screws would have helped. I did call customer service and they were brilliant regarding my issues.4
Rough VeneerAnonymous reviewerI bought the oak veneer frame and was disappointed to find that the sleeves of my fleece were catching on the arms of the chair. I used some wire wool to smooth off the catchy fibres of wood and then rubbed in some non silicone Wood Silk spray. This improved the feel of the wood. I used 000 wire wool (medium grade) as that's what I had in, but go easy with it as it does slightly bring the finish off the veneer. After spraying with the Wood Silk, though, you could hardly notice any difference. Really, the customer shouldn't have to do this. Quality control at the factory must have missed this.3
Very ComfortableAnonymous reviewerThis is our 2nd Poang chair .
The 1st , 14 yrs old is still looking good !5
ArmchairAnonymous reviewerThe colour it lovely the material is great quality and the chair is very comfortable5
Very comfortable - eventually!Anonymous reviewerNeeded a couple of armchairs and having been impressed by the comfort of a friend's Poang chair, I decided to buy two with the padded cushion. My husband assembled them very quickly and they look fresh and modern. However the first couple of weeks, the chair felt quite hard and unforgiving and I wondered if I'd made a mistake. However, a couple of weeks later and this chair is a firm favourite. Maybe the cushion just needed softening up a bit by being ' worn in'.It has good neck support and is perfect for that afternoon nap! I'd highly recommend this chair.5
Poang chairAnonymous reviewerGreat price for this stylish and comfortable chair - I havent used it an awful lot as yet as I cant get my cat out of it5
Conservatory chairAnonymous reviewerI got 2 of these for the conservatory. Absolutely ideal and very comfy.5
Poor cushioning and beware of hard bits on Gunnared versionAnonymous reviewerGot this to replace an older Poang armchair, hoping it would be an improvement. Plumped for the most expensive version hoping it would offer the best cushioning. Unfortunately, whilst the cushions look thick in the pictures, they squash down considerably after a few weeks and the cushioning is no better than the 15+ year old one. The poor cushioning might not have been such as issue if it wasn't for a design flaw in the Gunnared version; to make the cushion segmented, there are 4 plastic circles in the seat where most of your weight goes, and after sitting on the chair a while a bump can be felt where the cushion is tied onto the circles. This makes the chair uncomfortable and painful after 20 mins or so, which is a huge disappointment as the chair looks nice and the headrest is good. It's really not worth paying double for the more expensive version in my experience and the chair is poor value for money. I'll look into getting a refund.2
Easy pick up at allotted time and delivery placeAnonymous reviewerAll as described easy to put together nice comfy chair.5
Extremely comfy Anonymous reviewerDon’t be deceived by the cheap price, this is an extremely comfy chair and the subtle rocking is fantastic. Easy and quick to setup and not a heavy box. Throughly recommended 5

Comfy chairAnonymous reviewerI have this chair in my craft room and it is so comfortable when I am knitting, crocheting and knitting!

POANGAnonymous reviewerDelighted with purchase.5
Great chairAnonymous reviewerLove these chairs. Design is great and easy to put together. Value for money too.5
Poor quality seatAnonymous reviewerHave 4 of these in my conservatory. They have very little use but nevertheless the webbing material supporting the cushion has ripped on two of them. We are not overweight and are disappointed at such very poor quality. It is a good design spoiled by penny pinching. There is no point in having replaceable cushions if the base of the seat itself falls apart.2
