There was a hole missing while putting it together but the customer support was excellent - replacement issued and the problem resolved. Well worth waiting an extra 4 days! 5

Surprisingly comfortableAnonymous reviewerVery comfortable chair, even to sit in for long periods of time. Seems sturdy and easy to assemble. Only losing a star as although we bought the slightly thicker cushion for it, I have it feeling it might not last overly long and will probably need replaced regularly. But the chair itself looks great in my room and is light and easy to move for hoovering etc. Would recommend. 4
