Terrible service and delivery, incomplete itemAnonymous reviewerI paid £40 specifically for a multi-person truck delivery for a heavy wardrobe. Instead, a single courier arrived in a van. Due to the lack of adequate staff, I was forced to assist him in carrying the heavy packages upstairs myself—despite having a bad back.
As for the wardrobe itself, it is okay, but it doesn't even include handles—which, given the overall cost, is an absolute joke.
When I contacted customer service to request a full delivery refund for the failed service, I was offered only a £15 voucher. This is entirely unacceptable as I have no intention of shopping with IKEA again. To make matters worse, my follow-up email complaint has been completely ignored.
Appalling delivery service, poor value, and non-existent customer support. Save yourself the stress and physical hassle.
