You can easily adapt this ready-made PAX/KOMPLEMENT combination to suit your needs and taste using the PAX planning tool.

Adjustable feet make it possible to compensate any irregularities in the floor.

Hinges with integrated dampers catch the door and close it slowly, silently and softly.

With the PAX Planner, you can easily complete your combination with integrated lighting. After choosing the light source, the planner will work out which accessories you need to complete the solution.

A room immediately feels larger, lighter and more spacious by choosing mirror doors. A great way of transforming a narrow hallway or a tiny bedroom.

The frame can be assembled in an upright position if your ceiling height is a minimum of 237 cm. Follow the assembly instructions in the package.

It is very heavy and the hinges eventually break away from the door, leaving the door splintered which means the hinge can't be attached again. I have a pax wardrobe combination with one section having this mirrored door. The door has now fallen off twice, despite being assembled by an Ikea recommended fitter. The first time ikea replaced the door free of charge, now 2 years later the same thing has happened. I doubt they'll replace it again. I feel this door is too heavy to be consider for every day use. Very poor.2

Material

What is particleboard?

Particleboard is made from recycled wood and sawmill leftovers – so wood pieces with the wrong shade, woodchips and sawdust become a resource instead of possibly being discarded. We use boards for things like bookcases, bed frames, sofas and kitchen frames. To protect from wear and moisture, we apply varnish, veneer or foil that adds to the furniture's look.
