The LED lighting strip is bendable, so you can easily fix it behind the TV or a bookcase.

You can easily make the lighting strip shorter by cutting it in the places where it is marked with a small scissors symbol.

Easy to fix in place – just remove the paper from the self-adhesive tape and stick the lighting strip where you want it.

You can quickly and easily change the mood in the room by dimming and switching colour of your lighting.

Limited Functionality, Wasteful, Bad Value for Money.Anonymous reviewerI wanted an LED strip with variable colours to use with the STYRBAR remote control but it’s been a disappointment. PROS: 1) Easy to set up. 2) Bright. CONS: 1) No green colour despite what the images show. 2) NO VARIABLE COLOUR. There are only set colours or shades of white. Holding the remote control down gives the impression that there are variable colours, however, after releasing the button, if the LEDs are at a point of transition between the set colours, they do not stay there and go to the nearest set colour; I suspect that a hub and app are needed for proper use. 3) I hoped the cut off strip could be adapted to re-use but the terminals are not suitable for connectors and IKEA have no appropriate kits to allow it - VERY WASTEFUL. 4) Cut points are very difficult to see. Unfortunately this seems to be another IKEA smart product that can’t be used properly without a hub.2

I would love to buy some of these but now I see unless you have a smart hub the gold colour is inaccessible, so I won't buy. Will Ikea see this and reply? I doubt it1
Amazing Anonymous reviewerI've used a number of led strips over the years, but these really are good. They paired to my hue bridge with no issues, and doing so removes the need for the IKEA remote saving you money also! 5
not very brightAnonymous reviewerbought these for my tarantula and mantis corner, not bright enough for them, have to buy an led lamp instead. considering you need a £60 hub too it was a costly mistake. 3
Stair lightsAnonymous reviewerBought with the sensor to go both sides of the stairs. Perfect so we haven't got to keep turning the light on at night time. We've kept them on white even though there are many other colours. Rather than sticking them direct to the wall, the wall was channelled out and the light strip fed through trunking so all the wires are hidden. I would have preferred a bright white, but they don't do this hence the 4 stars instead of 5.4
Great LED stripAnonymous reviewerEasy to set up (comes with power adapter). Easy to connect to Home Assistant or whatever zigbee system you currently have ( use the remote if you don't have any of these). The LED are spaced apart so if you have a reflective surface nearby you will see the individual leds without a diffusion solution. If you need to shorten the strip make sure you snip exactly at the the marked cut points. Discard the leftover LEDS.5
Limited coloursAnonymous reviewerIt needs to be made clearer that you only have a very limited set of colours when just using a remote and without a smart hub and app, you can only choose between warm white, cool white and a bunch of pinks/oranges/purples. There is no blue or green available for example. If I had known I might've bought something else!2
