A bit of a game to fit in the UKAnonymous reviewerI love the light but I had to recess the ceiling to take the existing ceiling rose. There is no room in the new black unit that holds the LED driver. If your ceiling rose contains link cables then get an electrician to fit this unless you are skilled in electrics.
A nice bright versatile light fitting with a couple of flawsAnonymous reviewerI now have two of these in my lounge. A nice light, versatile and controllable with the remote unit, but there are a couple of flaws:
1) When controlled by a wall switch does not remember previous setting and comes on at full brightness.
2) The black cables are unsightly, specially when (as with most UK ceilings) the drop has to be reduced which leaves some slack. I have now replaced mine with transparent cable of a similar specification, it wasn't a simple job (and no doubt invalidates any warranty) but it makes a big difference to the appearance.

Looks good but disappointingAnonymous reviewerWe are quite happy with the design but note: despite being remote controlled and fairly new it does not link into the ikea home connect environment and even worse, you can't get the remote control separately and without the remote you cannot dim or pick the individual rings, i.e. you pretty much need to purchase a new light. That's not what I'm used to from ikea in terms of sustainability and value for money.
