Great product!Anonymous reviewerI would usually go for gloves, but I found these on our last trip to IKEA and decided to try them. I found them much better and easier to grip things with these, rather than oven gloves. The fact that you can also wash them is amazing, because unfortunately oven gloves tent to get dirty really quickly, so when these get like that I’ll be able to properly wash them. They also look really nice. 5

Needs a rethink Anonymous reviewerCan be used either as an oven glove or a heat resistant mat. Not great as an oven glove, however, as the fabric is too inflexible to securely grab hot things. You can also only wash it three times until it loses its heat resistance, according to the instructions, meaning you can't really wash off food stains. And they're so inflexible that you'll be accidentally getting food on them when handling casserole dishes in and out of the oven. 2

Material

What is cotton?

Cotton is one of the world's most appreciated and used natural fibres. Textiles in cotton are soft, hardwearing and can be washed at high temperatures. They are also good at breathing and absorbing moisture – making them pleasant to wear close to the body. Today at IKEA we use more and more recycled cotton and strive to make sure that all the new cotton we use has been grown and produced with less and less amounts of pesticides, fertilisers and water.
