I ordered the brown finish, but in person it looks much darker than expected and is closer to black in most lighting. It's not a dealbreaker, but if you're hoping for a warmer brown tone, it's worth bearing in mind. That said, they're great quality for the price and I'd still recommend them.5

Missing parts Anonymous reviewerI bought the 4 drawer malm last year but on checking all parts included they had either given me an older stock or the part's were missing end so putting the drawers together I found the struts that should go underneath in the centre of each drawer to keep the bottom of the drawer separating were all missing so now the bottom of each drawer keeps coming out and struggling to stop stuff from falling out from the underneath. IKEA can you please help to send missing parts to me.3

Wobbly!Anonymous reviewerI must have got a damaged one as i’ve ordered these before and they’ve always been great, really let down this time. They are wobbly and I can’t even open a drawer without them swaying from side to side. The worst part is to return them I will have to disassemble them myself package them pack up and take them to the store which is not close to me, they also won’t fit in my car. Aside from that I have to pay them £25 to come and collect them. Really disappointed. I have tried searching for a refund request but it seems to be extremely difficult to find this. Gutted.1

The drawers were straight forward to assemble and the quality of fittings is excellent. Added the set of 6 Skubb organiser boxes (perfect fit) to make neat and tidy storage drawers. Lots of room in drawers for clothes. Would I buy again - yes, are they worth the money - absolutley, do they look good - yep they do.5
