Wet mattressAnonymous reviewerWhy on earth does this cover not include the sides? I’ve got a very wet mattress because my child’s accident happened near the edge of the bed. Of course, the elastic corners allow lots of movement also, so expect incomplete coverage on top as well.

I knew these fitted EuropeanAnonymous reviewerI knew these fitted European sized mattresses , which we have , but I hadn't realised the width was different. This means this is not quite wide enough to cover the mattress. My mistake. Please double check your mattress size before buying. The cover itself feels robust and comfortable and not the rustling plastic type that we previously had. I'm yet to wash it so don't know how well it washes yet.
Poor fitAnonymous reviewerThe product only fits the extendable mattress when at full length. Was the only option for the width of the mattress and the recommended product. Most of it has to go under the mattress while at the shorter lengths. Ikea need to make a better product to be the recommended one for the extendable mattresses.

But it’s a shame that they don’t do fitted sheets and mattress protectors for the extendable bed we purchased (MINNEN - DARK YELLOW) My son pulls the protector off every single night as it only loosely wraps around the bed. I’ve hd to order some bed sheet clips off amazon to try and solve the problem!
