It’s compact and I used online assembly instructions - not as solid as past ikea purchases but does the job if you want a compact wardrobe and drawers suitable for an adult to hang up a young child’s clothes. Not suitable for my 14 year old as only fits child width hangers - I should have read the specifications and engaged my brain!
Very Disappointing QualityAnonymous reviewerThe first issue was the instruction manual. The assembly instructions were unclear and difficult to follow, which meant it took us several hours to put the wardrobe together. This could have been avoided with clearer, better-organised instructions.
The second issue was the overall quality. I was very disappointed to discover that it’s made from MDF (compressed wood fibres), which doesn’t feel particularly sturdy or durable. I wouldn’t recommend this wardrobe to anyone looking for a well-built piece of furniture that will last for many years.
Unfortunately, IKEA has really let me down with this product. I’ve always associated the brand with good value and reliable quality, so I was genuinely surprised and disappointed to see the standard had dropped this much.
Perfect!Anonymous reviewerThis has turned out to be a wonderful wardrobe. It is for a child so we didn't need the tallest hanging space and this is perfect. The drawers are a great size and fit the dividers, that we also bought, brilliantly. I think it should definitely last the test of time, with both quality and practicality for our son. It was easy to assemble and the delivery guys were very friendly and courteous.
