Very good extendable dining tableVerified BuyerVery good extendable dining table5
ExcellentVerified BuyerReally flexible table, I've had 8 sat around it, bit snug but it works. It looks really smart and is really easy to extend and 'shrink'.5

Incorrectly drilled but OK despite thatVerified BuyerThe table was my second choice as it is extendable. I really wanted the oval one but there was no stock and I needed it for Christmas.
My nearest IKEA doesn't stick to the parking system so we were sat obediently in our car for 20 minutes before realising it's just a free-for-all. My produce was waiting for me after all.
My lodger put the table up for me. He's a partly trained carpenter. The job was frustrating as the pre-drilled holes don't line up properly. I have looked under the table carefully. However, it was in the sale, sturdy despite the missing links, and looks OK.3
TableVerified BuyerNot good quality, hard to assemble and take ages to assemble.1

TableTracy stokesHi I'm wondering if this is high gloss table5
Nice quality, little difficult to constructmargdaroTable itself was well packaged and fortunately damage free. Took a while to assemble because instructions were a bit lacking, some screws were not very good quality, and more importantly even when following the instructions closely and fitting the wooden latch/ locking mechanism in the right place (there is no possibility to fit it incorrectly as the holes are pre-drilled) I had to shave about 3mm off the wooden block itself as the hole and fixing pin did not line up to lock the sliding mechanism without having to do this. It seems Ikea need to investigate this alignment issue, as ours cannot be the only one to suffer this problem. Also, prior to fitting this block, when pushing the 2 wooden pins into the pre-drilled holes, one of the pins split a small section off the wooden block which I then had to glue. Once these obstacles had been overcome, the table is very sturdy, the mechanism slides easily, it looks very good overall and it is not too heavy to move, so we are pleased.4
good wood qualityHaj86Very hard to assemble but good wood quality for price5
Wonderful tableCharlotteS89We bought this table just before Christmas as our old one was too small, the extension piece is great, easy to lock into place so that it doesn’t move when in use and nicely hidden when not needed. The finish on the table is excellent, its easy to wipe down and doesn’t seem to scratch or mark easily. Assembly was a little harder than the usual Ikea items but well worth it in the end.5
