Reviews
TerribleAnonymous reviewerThe frame that the legs are attached to is warped and does not sit flush on the underside of the table top whatsoever, causing the sliding function to be completely seized, misaligned and inoperable. This table truly is terrible quality.
Pieces not marked for the baseAnonymous reviewerVery differcult to put together on Base to make it slide. Got stuck with mm different had to be completely undone. Flipped over and turned around no markings as to which piece was to go. Finally got it to slide . Other units had markers and better fixing. Otherwise nice table that looks good in kitchen. Just a pain to put together.
Excellent as alwaysAnonymous reviewerThe table is exactly what I was looking for, in terms of quality, build and looks. As with all my purchases, the item was easily assembled without any issues. The instructions were clear and unambiguous making the process easy. Very helpful making me one happy customer.
Unhelpful storeAnonymous reviewerWe viewed the black Nordviken table in Sheffield store. It has a woodgrain effect which I liked, giving it more of a 'dining room' feel. We asked if there was a white table available to view but the assistant in the Sheffield store couldn't be bothered to help. He just told us to 'come back later'.
We bought the table and chairs in white without seeing them and they are very nice. However they are not wood effect like the black table, it's smooth melamine like a kitchen unit. As the two tables have a significantly different finish, they should both be on display. I like it but it's not what I hoped for.
My husband loves DIY & putting a flatpack together. He followed the guidance images & it took him about an hour to assemble the table & 2 chairs, using an electric screwdriver where needed.
It's a great size for 2 and could seat 4 if you didn't mind being close together.
We're happy with the furniture, somewhat disappointed with the lack of assistance from Ikea.
100Anonymous reviewerJust the right size for me
Nordviken drop leaf tableAnonymous reviewerAlways worth checking all the items. I had
1 screw missing from the tablechecked and double checked, no joy.
Great tableAnonymous reviewerLooks great solid does exactly what you need it to do
Neat little tableAnonymous reviewerEasy to assemble. Good size and extendable.
Little Black Table Anonymous reviewerExcellent quality and superb small table. Does exactly what I expected.
Value for money.
Flawed paint finishAnonymous reviewerBought this for a friend but one of the side panels under the table top has badly flawed paint and will need replacing. Poor quality control unfortunately and a long round trip to get a replacement
I think it is a well made product.Anonymous reviewerI think that the way the leaf is good because of the way it works. But it could be made so when up it does not drop slightly. a longer support would do the job.
Table for twoAnonymous reviewerExcellent sturdy table, easy to assemble and just the right size for a table for two.
Simple but Perfect.Anonymous reviewerEasy to assemble. Looks good. The gliders on the legs are a brilliant help. Typical IKEA efficiency with instructions and supply of necessary screws and everything.
Perfect for a small room Anonymous reviewerEverything about the table ticks the boxes I required when looking for a small dining table. The drop leaf was an added bonus.
Excellent.Anonymous reviewerI did "my homework", and measured the space in my small flat VERY carefully. And this beautifully engineered table proved perfect. Thank you!
Assembly - very straightforward. No problems at all.
A minor quibble - the lock for the table leaf is ... "not brilliant"? Doesn't look/feel durable ... but I've only had the table a week ;-). Time will tell.
Cheap tableAnonymous reviewerVery disappointed with the build quality of this table, with the leaf pulled out it doesn't lay straight and hangs down
Lovely table Anonymous reviewerLovely small table but big enough for a family of 4 .Reasonable price easy to put together
Excellent Anonymous reviewerReally good, strong, sturdy table. Quality is excellent. Husband had it together in less than an hour because the instructions were so good. Only issue was had to do a click and collect as delivery fee was £25. I have had previous items delivered for only £10.
smashing little tableAnonymous reviewerThis is just the right size as it is, the drop leaf will be useful. A proper solid little table easily assembled.
Extendable tableAnonymous reviewerEasy to assemble and it fit right
