Great sofa for a good priceAnonymous reviewerAfter buying the 2 seater version of this over 7 years ago (and it’s still going strong) we decided to get the bigger version when we moved.
It’s a great purchase for an amazing price. Looks more expensive than it is! Needs a few cushions to soften the appearance, but it’s comfortable, durable, and - if it’s anything like the last one - will see our family though quite a few years.
We did use the assembly service to put it together, which took 20 minutes maximum.

Fabulous corner sofaAnonymous reviewerThis sofa is fabulous. It’s really comfortable and even with the leather covers is warm to the touch. It comes in typical IKEA modular pieces so you can choose whether to have the longer side either on the left or the right. We needed this facility because of the size of our room. We did have to swap it over when it arrived as the default layout was the opposite to what we needed. It’s really easy to do and to put the rest of the sofa together. We went for the leather option as we have furry canine friend who likes to jump on it and is often not as clean as she should be. So being able to wipe the sofa down is a massive advantage. It really is comfortable and if you want to stretch out with your legs up, there’s plenty of room. 5

As it was bought to replace our previous sofa ( same model but now bought tan leather to replace our 14 year old brown one). The leather has faded horrendously!!! Shocking.

Updated review...previous one was unfair !Anonymous reviewerSo I recently reviewed the sofa and said how disappointed I was with it and to my surprise Ikea customer services contacted me and arranged for the sofa to be inspected. The sofa has now been inspected and the engineer added padding under the sofa springs and it feels as good as new. He pointed out to me that the sofa was fine, just don’t expect the cushions to last for years without needing a little extra padding. I also realised that the sofa is actually 6 years old now so perhaps not unreasonable for it to have sagged a bit. I am most delighted that Ikea customer service arranged for this and feel I will probably get several more years out of this sofa which given the price is exceptional value.5
Practical, good value but ....Anonymous reviewerWe bought this sofa for the dimensions, looks and wipe down practical nature (we had a couple of dogs who liked to join us on the sofa...) Initially it worked really well, low back not as comfy as I'd hoped but ok. However after a couple of years the cushions most sat on have sagged to the extent I can feel the wood frame underneath but you can't move the cushions around or turn them as they are sewn together and 'one sided'. I am now looking to replace the sofa because one cushion area is sagging and uncomfortable which feels really wasteful. Initially happy but now really disappointed and couldn't recommend this.2
