This table has been developed and tested for home use and is not suitable for installation of a screen stand. Maximum evenly distributed weight is 50 kg. Do not place concentrated weight exceeding 15 kg on a small surface on the table.For tabletops with length 200 cm an extra leg is needed in the middle for stability.This desk has been tested for domestic use and meets the requirements for durability and stability set forth in the following standards: EN 12521 and EN 1730.

Excellent Office Computer DeskAnonymous reviewerBought this to replace a jumble of desks of different sizes for my home office. Originally planned to have the white surface but changed my mind and feel this colour worktop will be more practical in the long run. Paired with a table top this fills a corner section, to run along two walls, they are both the same height at 73 cm. The desk drawers are a bit tricky to assemble, wish there was some written instructions rather than just pictures. If you want to secure the back of the worktop to the drawers make sure you secure them before fitting the drawers, as it's difficult to do once the drawers are fixed in place.

Therefore, needed the space. I knew exactly what I was getting and didn't hesitate to purchase the same desk 4 years later. 100% perfect in every way. Looks great in the office, a nice bright neutral colour that doesn't make the room look dark. Plenty of desktop space for what I need and I still have the 120cm desktop should I have the need to (downsize in the future. Amazing, I love it...nothing else to say except thank you Ikea x

The instructions were not very clear (ended up with upside down drawers so had to reassemble) and it is very easy to scratch the top so get a protector. This is definitely a two person job!

Material
What is constructed board?
We use constructed boards when manufacturing many of our pieces of furniture, such as tables and wardrobes. They are light yet still stable and strong. Each board has a frame made of chipboard, fibreboard or solid wood, while the inside is a honeycomb filling structure made of mostly recycled paper, which is extra durable thanks to its special construction. The board is then covered with a protective paint, foil or veneer depending on the style wanted.
