I didn’t use the fixings but they looked well adequate to hold it but I didn’t want any on view so I just used silicon adhesive on the outer edge.

i have ever installed. despite being competent in building stuff this item requires 0.0mm precision when fixing the brackets that float the mirror from
the wall. the mirror relies on this tension to hold the item in place. it is unnecessary complicated and my wall is now scarred with holes under 5mm out. in short. please consider to buy a mirror with a slim frame that can be hung old skool style by a picture wire from the wall. i spent as long on this as it took to hang half a dozen pictures. never. again.

Also had one cut to fit an angled ceiling. Glass cutter said it was great value and good quality. Would but again, but please add different mounts.

What is mirror glass?
Mirror glass comprises mostly of ordinary glass with a reflective coating in some kind of metal. In the past it was common for the coating to contain lead or mercury – but over time, both of these metals have been shown to be harmful to people and the environment. That’s why, as of several years ago, IKEA has a total ban on using lead or mercury in our mirrors and instead it is non-toxic silver or aluminium that reflects your mirror image.
