All Drawers have bentAnonymous reviewerOnly a few months after purchasing we had the time to assemble them, we assembled the units according to the instructions, all of the drawers bases have severely bent and bowed downward in the middle. I want to stress that these drawers have only been used to store very light items and have never been subjected to heavy loads or misuse.
Despite this light use, the structural integrity of the drawers has failed in a very short timeframe. The sagging is substantial and prevents the drawers from functioning properly.
Because of this severe material and manufacturing defect, I have left the fourth drawer completely unassembled and brand new in its original packaging. I refuse to assemble it given the poor quality and performance of the first three.
Given that these products are clearly not fit for purpose, I am requesting:
1. A full refund for the three defective, bowed drawers.
2. Instructions on how to return the fourth, completely unused and boxed drawer for a refund as well.

Great idea to have a class frontAnonymous reviewerEasy to assemble. The glass front is a simple solution to see exactly what is in each draw. When assembling the draw use glue as well. It just makes a stronger draw. Especially run a bead of wood glue around the underneath of the draw and allow to dry overnight. This will ensure the draw does not ever fall out of the draw carcass. Also, we love the soft closing system. SO MUCH BETTER than in years gone past
