Rechargeable batteries are sold separately.The charging function of this product only works with rechargeable batteries. IKEA recommends LADDA 2450 mAh HR06 AA 1.2V. 4 pcs are required.
USB-C cable and USB charger are sold separately.
With new, fully charged LADDA AA 2450 mAh rechargeable batteries, one charging will last approx. 60 days if the lighting strip is used 5 minutes per day.
For the lighting to work, it must be positioned in place with the sensor facing you.
The LED indicator blinks when charging and shines with a steady light when the batteries are fully charged.
Batteries are sold separately. IKEA recommends LADDA rechargeable battery 2450 mAh HR6 AA 1.2V. 4 pieces required.

My goal with KÖLVATTEN battery-operated lighting was to create a cordless lamp that is easy to install, use and charge with a standard USB-C cable, regardless of whether it sits in a wardrobe or in a drawer. The shape follows the function to create space for the batteries and the correct angle for the LED light, without looking too technical. I hope you appreciate the simplicity of the lamp.
