Care
Wipe clean with a cloth dampened in a mild cleaner.
Wipe dry with a clean cloth.
For increased stability, re-tighten the screws about two weeks after assembly and when necessary.
Safety and compliance
This furniture must be fixed to the wall with the enclosed wall fastener.Maximum evenly distributed weight is 50 kg. Do not place concentrated weight exceeding 15 kg on a small surface on the desk.This desk has been tested for domestic use and meets the requirements for durability and stability set forth in the following standards: EN 12521 and EN 1730.

The Kallax desk looks great with the Kallax unitAnonymous reviewerThe delivery came to other house and I had to get it from there caring to my third floor by the stairs. Assembling it by myself I found out that the very last piece of the top of the desk was cracked on both sides. I contacted The customer service team and they delivered a new one within a week.
I am very happy with this purchase that goes along with the Kallax unit by its side.

Unfortunately, this was delivered as a replacement for first Oder that arrived badly damaged. When I opened this one, it too was damaged on the same side but not as badly so decided keep as needed desk urgently. I would recommend collecting this from store so can check box beforehand and not risk a courier delivery. IKEA needs to add extra packaging to protect this when being delivered as obviously a problem.

Partly disappointed Anonymous reviewerI think it's great it fits in with the kallax units, but the finish on the bottom of final end panel ,which is raw and sits on the floor.I would of thought ikea would of provided a piece of felt or trim to protect your flooring and the desk.Also caps to cover the holes that you can see at the front where you sit. For people on the minimum wage it's 4hours wages.
