Big downgrade in qualityAnonymous reviewerThese shelves used to come with the sides pre-built. They were so easy and quick to assemble. I was very surprised to find that you now need to build these. There is a lot of hammering required, and as a disabled person i found this quite challenging, counter intuitive to the reason I had bought them in the first place. The holes are not all in the right place so even after a lot of physical work, they were still constructed really badly, and for the price of such basic untreated wood, i would expect at least ease of construction. Very dissapointed.1
Not a challenge at allAnonymous reviewerNever had a problem with these shelves outside of myself requiring more of them because they're solving a lot of our storage requirements. The holes for the wooden pegs are not a problem, if at the worst it is a problem, a quick wood drill bit or at the worst return it and get another.5
Self assembly challengeAnonymous reviewerThe wooden pegs for the side support are impossible to be hammered in because the holes are poorly made! Really disappointed with this purchase and what a shame for an otherwise good looking and sturdy shelving system!1
