Snapped without being used. Poor.Anonymous reviewerWeak. Snapped in two, at the rivet, without being used. Still has labelled attached. This low quality thing isn't optional; without it, Ivar simply collapses sideways. Given the essential role it performs it should be a thicker, higher quality item.
Tried contacting "customer service" but losing the will to live. £2 it may well be, I'll still eat tonight, but on principle, not impressed. It's the being ignored/effort involved in trying to talk to a human and getting nowhere that irks.

The solution to a problem!Anonymous reviewerThese braces are just what I needed to shore up a greenhouse that blew down three times in the past year. Every storm caused a problem. A bit of bracing with Observator and it withstood the last one without problems. Brilliant! They are also good with my garage shelves :-)
