Reviews

Ivar shelving unit Anonymous reviewerAbsolutely love this unit. Wasn’t particularly difficult to assemble after reading instructions. Strong and well made, this will last a lifetime.5
Good product but frustrating labelsAnonymous reviewerThe shelves themselves are great. Easy to assemble and fit perfectly. However the product and delivery labels stuck to the shelves are impossible to remove in a single pull. This led to two days of prep before assembly could begin. I probably won’t buy again because of this.3
storage displayAnonymous reviewerWould have given this item a 5star. Beautiful craftsmanship on the shelves and frames. Was looking to replace my old Ikea shelves which needed upgrading. Very straight forward to assemble my only concern was wedgeing out the components pins in the grooves a few times nipped the wood. The pins would have been better stored in a bag or envelope. Very happy with the end products, I had three display units to assemble which took me a few hours. One of the shelves was missing four pins, ordered via missing parts portal, waited a week for delivery.4
Sturdy but …. Labels….. aaarggghhhAnonymous reviewerSturdy and quick to assemble but, honestly, took me longer to get the bloody labels off the shelves. Ruined the experience! Such a careless approach4

What is solid wood?

Solid wood is one of our favourite materials and is part of our Scandinavian heritage. It is also a timeless material with many uses. Regardless of the wood species, it is durable, beautiful and renewable. We strive to use this raw material as smartly and efficiently as possible to avoid waste – and we also invest in facilities and logistics so that we can increase the use of recycled wood.
