Finally I received an damaged itemAnonymous reviewerI have been waiting for the delivery for more than 1 week. Finally I received a damaged table baseframe. This is a big scratch on the foot of the frame. I tried to arrange an exchange, but there was problem with ikea website. Due to technical issue, ikea is not able to process my request. I tried to chat online. Same problems. I called a customer service, finally I found a person. But the line was really bad. Veru difficulty to hear each other. Finally the guy said you can schedule your exchange whenever you want, as I will be away for half a month. He didn't help more to organise an exchange and pickup. Horrible customer service and bad product quality.1
